As a leading, global operator, AWS have the highest levels of data security.
Access to WebIT and ListOnce servers on AWS is restricted by using SSH private and public encrypted keys. Databases are locked down and can only be accessed from authorised servers and personnel.
Any data in a ListOnce account is only accessible externally via the ListOnce API, which is restricted to a single agency group with an API key and either a domain name or IP address.
All our staff are required to sign an Employment Agreement which stipulates strict confidentiality and privacy requirements around all data.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside third parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who require your information or data (with your authority), and whom assist us in operating our website and software – so long as those third parties also agree to keep this information confidential.
We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
